About this Talk
Murdering Your Masterpiece: Writers are told to "murder their darlings," but what about that draft (finished or abandoned?) that's hiding in the drawer? What about that book you worked on for years that you've queried to death and still can't get traction? What do we do with the projects we love that just aren't working? I'd like us to talk about how to know whether to keep trying or just move on, and how to rethink a project that you've lost perspective on.
